We are looking for suitable candidates to assist in general administrative, HR and payroll matters for our branch office at Kota Kinabalu and Singapore.

1) To handle staff full payroll
2) To handle administration - operation & roasters of workers
3) To handle HR job
4) To handle staff welfare
5) General administration duties and coordination support to Human Resource and Admin department.
6) Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen & forward calls, providing information, taking messages & scheduling appointments.
7) Filing/Documentation duties
8) Other clerical functions

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Candidates must posses at least SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification in HR.
2) Required skills; MS Office, MS Excel.
3) Great communication and writing skills in Malay and English. Mandarin is advantages.
4) Should preferably have min. 2 years experience in similar capacity
5) Age between 25 - 35 years old
6) Candidate must be self discipline and able to work under pressure
7) Candidate must poses the ability to work independently
