Coordinate and provide administrative support for quarterly Board meetings.
Provide administrative support for the CEO such as meeting scheduling and travel arrangements.
Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security matters..
Diploma or degree holder in management or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year working experience in managing a small office administration role
Independent and able to handle multi-tasking
Proficient PC skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English
